You will be redirected to a secure registration and payment portal hosted by Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU).

Additional details about meals, dietary accommodations, and our cancellation and refund policy are provided below.

Meals and Dietary Accommodations

Please note that the registration fee includes a boxed lunch, coffee service and snacks, and the conference reception.

We are happy to accommodate special dietary needs and allergens. However, our catering is not from an "allergen free" facility, and while all cross- contamination guidelines are followed, we cannot guarantee 100% that there has been zero contact with allergens throughout the supply chain. Please note that we will do our best to accommodate the following diets: 

• Vegetarian

• Vegan

• Made without gluten

• Halal

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations received on or before September 1 will be eligible for a full refund, minus a $30 administrative fee.

Cancellations made between September 2 and 15 will receive a 50% refund.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations received after September 15.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the conference organizers. Requests should be sent to reenchantmentconference@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the request.
